Longridge Dental Centre is looking for an experienced and motivated GDC-registered Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our friendly and progressive team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking to develop their career within a modern, supportive practice
, treating both NHS and private patients while having the opportunity to build and develop their own private patient base.

• Providing high-quality periodontal therapy and restorative treatment for NHS and private patients.
• Working under Direct Access, carrying out patient assessments and providing preventative care.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with patients through excellent clinical care.
• Clearly explaining treatment options and supporting patients in making informed decisions.
• Working closely with the wider clinical team and referring patients where appropriate for implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and other treatments.
• Developing private services and supporting the growth of your own patient base.

We're looking for someone who has:

• GDC registration as a Dental Therapist.
• Previous Direct Access experience and confidence working independently.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• A passion for preventative and minimally invasive dentistry.
• An interest in developing private treatments and building long-term patient relationships.
• Additional experience in cosmetic dentistry would be advantageous but is not essential.
