Architectural Technician

Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a growing consultancy in Preston.
 
This business employs 30+ people across its three Northern offices, with Preston playing a key role in delivering measured survey and digital capture services.
 
The Preston office is continuing to grow due to increased demand across multiple sectors.

The Role:

Architectural Technician
 
Undertaking measured building surveys across Preston using traditional methods and 3D laser scanning
Processing point cloud data in Preston and producing accurate 2D drawings and 3D models
Creating existing and proposed layouts, elevations, sections and technical details
Preparing Building Regulations drawing packages and supporting submissions
Attending site visits and representing the Preston office professionally
Working closely with technicians and surveyors within the Preston team  Salary is between £30,000 and £38,000, depending on experience.
