Fawkes & Reece is seeking an Architectural Technician to support the design team across regional housing developments in Lancashire. You will work on AutoCAD and REVIT drawings, check external consultants, and liaise with various departments to ensure regulatory and warranty requirements are met.
The role requires a degree/HNC/HND in Construction/Architectural Technology or equivalent, with experience in Revit and AutoCAD, and a focus on accuracy and detail.
