  • You will help drive effective waste management, duty‑of‑care compliance, and resource‑efficiency initiatives.
  • You will carry out audits and assurance checks, attend coordination and restart meetings, and support investigations into incidents, near misses, and non‑conformances.
  • You will help identify corrective and preventative actions, and you will collate, analyse, and report monthly environmental data and KPIs to support governance and continuous improvement.
  • Above all, you will promote positive environmental behaviours and help ensure compliance with legislation, company standards, and regulatory commitments.
What you'll bring?

  • A recognised environmental qualification, preferably degree‑level, and IEMA membership (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting environmental surveys, design mitigation, and coordinating environmental and ecological specialists
  • Knowledge of UK environmental legislation and construction best practice

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to collate data and produce accurate reports
  • A valid UK driving licence and the willingness to obtain further training including National Water Hygiene qualifications (training provided)
