Senior Architectural Technologist

Senior Architectural Technologist job in Preston for an experienced professional with strong Revit proficiency and independent project-running experience. An established UK architectural practice is seeking an experienced technologist to support the delivery of commercial and industrial projects. The position requires strong technical knowledge, confidence in managing projects independently and the ability to coordinate detailed architectural information. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with architects and senior team members across multiple project packages.

• Deliver technical drawing packages across RIBA Stages 2-4 using Revit.

• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

• Run projects independently, coordinating technical information and delivery requirements.

• Collaborate with architects, associates and directors on project coordination.

• Attend client meetings, presentations and technical discussions.

• Support junior team members and manage workloads across concurrent projects.

• At least 5 years of commercial project experience within a UK architectural practice.

• Strong Revit proficiency and technical detailing skills.

• CIAT registration.

• Proven experience running architectural projects independently.

• Experience in industrial projects advantageous; other commercial sectors considered.

• Ability to manage technical responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
