Location:
Preston
£40-45,000
A respected, award-winning multi-disciplinary construction and design consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its expanding Preston team. The practice is well regarded for delivering high-quality projects nationwide, with a portfolio spanning healthcare, education, commercial, residential, sports and leisure, and heritage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Creating technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Preparing detailed construction information
Taking designs forward through every project stage
Producing planning and Building Regulations submissions
Liaising with clients and project consultants
Assisting with BIM coordination and project delivery
Participating in meetings and site visits
Solving technical and construction challenges
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have:
A background as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
Relevant experience within the UK construction industry
A qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
Experience working in a BIM environment
Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Strong communication and coordination abilities
