The successful SEN Teacher will:

• Teach small classes of pupils with a range of needs, including ASC
  , MLD
  , SLD
  , SEMH and communication difficulties
  .
• Deliver creative
  , differentiated lessons that engage learners at all ability levels.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants
  , therapists and senior leaders.
• Create a safe
  , structured and positive learning environment
  .
• Monitor progress and keep accurate records in line with school policy.
• Use a therapeutic
  , trauma-informed and child-centred approach.

• QTS or QTLS
  .
• Experience working in an SEN setting or with pupils with additional learning needs

• Strong behaviour management and ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

  .
