Location: Preston, Lancashire (PR1, PR2, PR4 & surrounding areas)
Salary: Paid to Scale (110 - 150 per day, dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Long-Term Temporary / Full-Time Start Date: Immediate / September 2026

In Preston schools, we need role models who can command a room and connect with students aged 11-16. Your sports background makes you an ideal candidate for:

• Classroom Management: Taking the lead in various subjects, ensuring students stay focused, respectful, and productive.
• Pastoral Mentorship: Using your coaching experience to support students with social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
• Behaviour Coordination: Implementing firm boundaries and positive reinforcement to maintain a calm and safe learning environment.
• Physical Education Support: Assisting with PE departments, extra-curricular sports, and inter-school competitions.

• Confidence: You are comfortable being "front and center" and leading a group of 30+ individuals.
• Discipline: You understand that high performance (and good behaviour) comes from clear expectations and mutual respect.
• Adaptability: You can think on your feet and change your "tactics" when a session or a lesson isn't going to plan.
• Community Drive: You want to give back to the Preston community by helping local youth reach their potential.
