About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant specialist SEND school in the Preston area on a long‑term basis.
The full‑time post is due to start in April 2026
, with shortlisting currently taking place.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with a variety of SEND needs in both classroom and 1:1 settings
- Assisting teachers in delivering differentiated and accessible learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and engagement
Pre‑requisites:
- Relevant qualifications or experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Proven experience working in an educational, care or support setting
- Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, behaviour support and inclusive practice
- Two education or school‑based references
