We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Longridge from September.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive Early Years team, working alongside a well-established and experienced Reception teacher to help provide an engaging and nurturing learning environment.

• Hold a Level 2 (or above) childcare-related qualification
  .
• Have recent experience supporting children with Speech and Language needs
  .
• Be confident delivering phonics interventions and small group sessions
  .
• Enjoy working collaboratively with an experienced Early Years teacher.
• Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, patient, and passionate about supporting young children s learning and development.

• Supporting children in Reception both in class and through targeted interventions.
• Delivering phonics sessions to small groups.
• Providing tailored support for pupils with Speech and Language needs.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff to support pupil progress.

• A friendly and welcoming school community.
