The School of Engineering and Computing at the University of Lancashire is home to a vibrant and growing student and staff community within Architecture and Construction. We are seeking a Lecturer in Architecture to support teaching and contribute to a high-quality student learning experience across the Architecture provision.

The primary purpose of this role is to support structured module delivery and provide academic and pastoral support within design studio (workshop) activities. The post holder will contribute to the assessment of credit‑bearing work and provide timely, constructive feedback, both formally and informally, to support student development.

This appointment will play a key role in delivering high-quality studio‑based teaching, ensuring compliance with professional body requirements and internal regulations, and enhancing the student experience across all Architecture cohorts.

• Experience teaching in a higher education environment within a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching delivery and student support.
• IT literacy and ability to work effectively on your own initiative.
• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, together with a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Professional registration with RIBA and/or ARB.
• Applicants must meet all essential criteria outlined in the person specification to be considered for interview.
