The Governors of this well-respected and highly regarded Church of England primary school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated staff team.

The successful candidate will work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification whilst gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a thriving primary school environment.

The apprentice will work alongside experienced teachers and teaching assistants to support teaching and learning across the school. Duties will include supporting individual pupils and groups, assisting with classroom activities, helping to prepare learning resources, supporting pupils with additional needs and contributing to the wider life of the school. Throughout the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will receive training, mentoring and support to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to become an effective teaching assistant.
