We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Adult Skills Co-ordinator to support the delivery and development of our Adult Skills provision based  this role, you will work closely with colleagues, employers, community partners and stakeholders to ensure our curriculum meets local needs and provides high-quality learning opportunities for adult learners.

You will play a key role in coordinating teaching and support staff, supporting quality improvement activities and helping to ensure students receive an outstanding learning experience. Working collaboratively across the College, you will support curriculum planning, student recruitment, performance monitoring and the development of provision that enables learners to achieve their goals and progress successfully.

As part of the Adult Skills leadership team, you will contribute to the effective management of staff, quality assurance processes and partnership working, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion and excellence. You will also work closely with employers, community organisations and other stakeholders to maximise opportunities and ensure programmes remain responsive to local priorities.
