The Westleigh School in Preston is seeking an Intervention Support Worker to join our supportive team. You will deliver targeted interventions to help students access learning, improve progress and build confidence, working with small groups and individuals under the guidance of teaching and SEND staff.
You will monitor progress, foster positive attitudes, support those with additional needs, and collaborate with families to ensure a consistent approach.
