Role Description

The Event Manager will be a key member of the Operations team, supporting the planning and delivery of festivals, concerts and tours. The role covers all aspects of event management, including operational planning, procurement, supplier and stakeholder management and budget control, while working closely with Finance, Marketing, Ticketing, Promoting and Production teams.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced live events environment. Previous experience within event management, project management, event coordination or production coordination would be advantageous, particularly within live music, festivals, touring or large-scale outdoor events. Flexibility and a willingness to travel and work on site, including evenings and weekends during event periods, will be essential.
