Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Financial Services Administrator to their friendly and professional team.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of holistic financial planning advice to a loyal and established client base.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners throughout the client journey
• Processing new business across pensions, investments, ISAs and protection
• Managing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy information
• Preparing client review packs and documentation
• Liaising with clients, providers, and platforms
• Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
• Assisting with income reconciliation and general practice administration

• Please only apply for this role if you have a minimum of 1 year s experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or IFA environment.
  Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs and protection products.
