Mortgage Advisor - Preston

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well‑established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

PRIMIS partner firm is a 150‑advisor Mortgage and Protection business working with contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide, including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co, and Intercounty.

This role supports the Reeds Rains Preston branch and offers either full office or hybrid working.

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 negotiable with an OTE of £70,000 and above. For the self‑employed role, splits are 70% on self‑generated deals with the leads provided, and the percentage at 45%.

We are only looking for CAS‑certified Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
