The Finance Team is a key function within our business, covering financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting across multiple divisions. They play a vital role in supporting strategic decision‑making by providing accurate, timely insights and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. Operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment, the team is instrumental in driving performance, improving processes and ensuring strong financial control.
Whatwill you be doing?
- Take full responsibility for P&L, balance sheet and cashflow reporting
- Produce monthly management accounts across multiple cost centres
- Analyse revenue and costs, providing clear commentary on variances
- Prepare and post accruals, prepayments and other month‑end journals
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
- Prepare VAT returns and support regulatory compliance
- Contribute to the annual audit process
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business performance
- Support payroll processing and ad hoc reporting
- A starting salary up to £40,000, depending on experience

- Experience working within a finance function (placement, internship or similar)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with finance systems such as Xero or Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
- A proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA part‑qualified, or working towards a finance qualification (or QBE)
