We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Finance & Data Analyst to join Global Ardour Recycling.

This is a varied role combining financial analysis, business planning, data management and performance reporting. Working closely with the Group Finance Director, senior management and teams across the business, you will provide accurate and meaningful financial and operational insight to support effective decision-making.

You will play an important role in developing financial models, analysing business performance, maintaining accurate data and producing clear reporting across our sites and business units.

• Assist with the development of short, medium and long-term financial planning and reporting.
• Play a key role in strategic planning across all sites and business units.
• Produce financial and scenario modelling across the Group and support monthly reporting and analysis.
• Work closely with the Group Finance Director to understand reporting requirements and provide relevant, tailored analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning and commercial decision-making.
• Support commercial and operational teams with analysis and insight to help drive business performance.
• Develop a strong understanding of key business KPIs and work with teams across the business to understand and improve performance.
• Carry out first-stage analysis of monthly reporting, investigating variances and managing queries where appropriate.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities and data inconsistencies.
• Liaise with sites and different business units to collate and validate financial and operational data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Support stock management reporting and work with teams across the business to maintain accurate stock data.
• Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across the business.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior management and the Board, with the ability to present findings to a range of stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and development of new systems to improve data capture, reporting and storage.

• Previous experience in a finance analyst, commercial analyst, data analyst or similar role.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness with the ability to interpret financial and operational information.
• Experience of financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to identify trends, variances and areas requiring further investigation.
• Confident communicating findings and presenting information to senior stakeholders.
