Location: Newsham
Essential Employment is seeking a Planning Compliance Officer to work around Esher on a full-time temporary basis, paying £26.78 per hour. The role involves investigating breaches of planning control, researching planning histories, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance with permissions.
You will interview landowners and stakeholders, negotiate voluntary compliance, and draft enforcement notices. Liaisons with Legal Services and preparation for appeals or inquiries are part of the job.
