Temp-to-Perm & Agency Opportunities Available

Location - Fulwood, Preston

Pay: £12.30 - £14.01 per hour

Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated person looking to make a real difference in someone's life? We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities in a supported living environment.

About the Role

You will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by providing personalised care and promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing.

Duties may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living tasks

Assisting with personal care (where required)

Encouraging engagement in activities and community participation

Promoting independence and positive outcomes

Working as part of a supportive, professional team

Agency hours and temp to perm options available, shifts will include;

Short shifts

Long days

Sleep-ins

Waking nights

Both agency and temp-to-perm routes are available, giving you the freedom to choose what works best for you.

What We're Looking For

Caring and reliable individuals

Previous experience working with adults with disabilities - particularly autism.

Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team

Commitment to safeguarding and dignity in care

Ideally a driver but not essential
