Set in beautiful, mature surroundings on the outskirts of Garstang, just north of Preston, This Care Home offers a peaceful countryside setting where the people we support can relax, enjoy scenic views, and live fulfilling lives.
Our purpose-built, 30+ bedroom home spans two floors and provides a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and long-term neurological conditions.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the Care Home and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional, resident-focused care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, values-driven leader to oversee a well-established specialist service supporting individuals with complex physical and neurological needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Register with and maintain full compliance with CQC standards
* Provide strong operational and clinical leadership across the home
* Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes
* Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary staff team
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall service performance
* Build positive partnerships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
* Foster a culture of dignity, respect, empowerment, and continuous improvement
About You
We are looking for a Registered Manager who:
* Has previous experience managing a residential or specialist care home
* Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
* Has strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
* Has experience supporting adults with physical disabilities and complex neurological conditions
* Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Is passionate about delivering truly person-centred care
* Is committed to enhancing quality of life and promoting independence
