Job Summary

Salary £25,185 - £25,989 Per annum, Pro Rata | Part time, Permanent, 20 hours per week | Adult Disability Short Breaks Service. This post is part of the Adult Disability Service located in the Preston, Chorley and South Ribble Short Breaks Service.

This role is not open to international sponsorship.

A Community Support Worker will support service users with personal care, finances, medication, and day‑to‑day activities, creating a positive routine and caring environment. All required training and QCF Level 3 (NVQ Level
3) qualifications are offered.

• Passion and commitment to support people’s lives.
• Empathy, resilience, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, even with challenging behaviour.
• Positive, cheerful attitude and reliable personal care skills (required skills not mandatory).
