About the Role
Pay is negotiated from Real Living Wage upwards dependent on relevant experience.
Excel Housing Solutions is seeking a Recovery Support Worker to join our expanding team. The successful applicant will work in partnership with statutory agencies to reduce the risk of homelessness, health issues, and offending. You will be providing support to clients.
Our goal is to offer support to optimise positive outcomes for clients and minimise evictions, by using a restorative approach that focuses on resolving conflicts and fostering positive relationships.
We particularly welcome applications from individuals with lived experience or from underrepresented backgrounds.
