Shift Details

This is a full-time role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

Rotational shifts:
Days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.

We also offer sessional/bank hours, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing

�? Watch our video: ’ll be supporting adults across our Preston supported living services, where people live independently in their own homes or self-contained apartments with support tailored to their needs.

In Preston, Lifeways supports people with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries
• Mental health needs

Our Preston services offer:

• Modern, comfortable environments
• Access to local shops, cafés, restaurants and transport links
• A strong sense of community and connection within the city

Daily activities vary widely and may include:

• Personal care routines
• Meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting with appointments
• Social activities like music sessions, crafts, cinema trips, bingo, football or walks
• Encouraging independence, confidence and self-expression
