Job Description:

We are currently seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Homecare Workers for both adults and children in Preston. As a Homecare Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living activities, fostering independence, and promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques.

Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, adhering to any dietary requirements.

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful interactions.

Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up.

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the care team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in homecare or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients and their families.

Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must undergo background checks and have a valid driver's license (if applicable).
