Leaders in Care is seeking a Complex Care Manager to oversee complex care packages across Merseyside, supporting adults in their own homes. You will lead care teams, coordinate assessments and ensure person-centred care and compliance with CQC standards.
The role requires experience in managing complex packages, knowledge of brain injuries, and a track record of developing healthcare teams. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with a bonus scheme and generous holiday entitlement.
