Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy team. As a vital member of our healthcare system, you will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the GPhC Code of Conduct and uphold the standards for Pharmacy Professionals.
- Provide professional and legal clinical supervision in the dispensary.
- Undertake the role of the Responsible Pharmacist as required, showcasing leadership and accountability.
- Ensure pharmaceutical aspects of patient care align with national and local standards and guidelines.
- Efficiently handle clinical queries and contribute to their resolution.
- Support fellow Pharmacy team members to provide safe pharmaceutical care.
- Ensure key performance indicators are met to uphold quality standards.
- Strive to create a positive pharmacy experience for customers.
