Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead Speech & Language Therapist to drive improvements across acute medicine and surgery. You will co-lead across two sites, review service models and streamline pathways while delivering education to enhance care for swallowing and communication needs.
You will lead MDTs, manage complex dysphagia and communication disorders, and participate in training, quality improvement and research activities.
