What you will do:
  • Carry out specialist occupational therapy assessments for individuals with complex neurological conditions
    , including stroke and acquired brain injury

  • Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes aimed at improving functional ability and independence

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
    , ensuring holistic care and coordinated treatment plans
    .
  • Monitor patient progress
    , reviewing and adapting therapy plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes

  • Provide education, guidance, and support to patients, families, and caregivers
