Day Shift Care Practitioner

£12.88 per hour

Contract:

38.5 hours per week, 3-4 shifts per week (8am-8pm). This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or suitable for 20 hour working restrictions.

Here at Ribble Court, we provide high‑quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, with a person‑centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.

As a Day Shift Care Practitioner, your role may involve:

• undertaking any necessary training
• supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
• providing emotional support and companionship
• supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
• maintaining high standards within the care home environment
• working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

• able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector – experience is beneficial but certainly not essential!
