Female Support Worker £12.71 per hour Shift Patterns: Monday to Sunday, flexibility required. This role includes working regular weekends as part of the rota. Days and shifts will be discussed and agreed with the client, with advance planning wherever possible.
Two consecutive days off during the week can be accommodated.
Typical Working Pattern:Weekdays - Morning/ Early afternoon & Weekends Hours: 24hrs per week Location: Preston, PR1

As a Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA), or Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will play an important role in supporting an individual to maintain their independence, pursue their interests, and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle.
Meet Our ClientYou will be supporting a woman in her 40s who lives at home with her family. She is looking for support to help her live a fulfilling and enjoyable life while staying safeand independent. She has learning disabilities and epilepsy, so requiresconsistent support with her wellbeing and daily routines. She enjoys spending time in the community, including going out for drives, visiting local parks andexploring local shops.
She also enjoys an annual family holiday with herrelatives.
- Providing1:1 support with daily routines and activities
- Supporting with medication administration
- Seizureawareness and support in line with care plan
- Supportingcommunity access, including drives, parks and shopping trips
- Encouragingindependence and engagement in activities
- Promoting safety, wellbeing and consistency of care
