Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Biomedical Scientist in Cellular Pathology. The role is a fixed-term contract for 24 months, with exposure to histology techniques and related procedures within a busy laboratory.
The successful candidate will be involved in transfer of histology samples, embedding and microtomy, staining and quality control of slides, tinctorial stains, and immunocytochemistry preparation for differential diagnosis of cancer.
