Location:

Pay: £20.00 - £23.00 p/h (depending on experience)
Contract:
3-6 months (with strong extension potential)
We need an experienced Recovery Coordinator to join our service in Preston. If you're a good listener who can keep a cool head under pressure, this is a great contract to sink your teeth into.
What you'll do:- Oversee client caseloads and create actionable, goal-oriented recovery plans.
- Support clients undergoing Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST), managing reviews and script coordination.
- Deliver frontline harm reduction advice and practical tools to minimize drug and alcohol-related harms.
- Perform Blood Borne Virus (BBV) assessments and Hepatitis C testing, ensuring positive cases are swiftly linked into treatment pathways.
- Deliver specialized alcohol therapies, coping strategies, and relapse prevention tools.
- Work closely with local statutory and voluntary groups for comprehensive care.
Relevant support or recovery experience, valid enhanced DBS, and UK Right to Work.
