This could be the perfect fit for you!Here at Service Care Solutions, we're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy vibrant office based in Preston. Working within our high-performing Social Work team, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing Qualified Social Workers across the UK for both temporary and permanent opportunities.

As the first point of contact for candidates, you'll be the "front door" to our Social Work division - building relationships, pre-screening and onboarding professionals, and supporting our consultants to make successful placements. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on communication, organisation, and achieving results.No experience? No problem. If you bring a strong work ethic, a confident phone manner, and a genuine can-do attitude, we'll give you the tools and training to build a long-term career in recruitment.This

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
  • Competitive commission structure (up to £1,000 per quarter)
