The Role:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive People & Development Manager to lead initiatives that help our employees thrive, strengthen our workplace culture, and support the continued growth of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people development, employee engagement and creating an outstanding employee experience. You'll work closely with managers across the business to develop our people, support performance, and embed a positive, high-performing culture.

Duties/Responsibilities

People & Development

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities across the business.
• Work with managers to identify training and development needs.
• Lead the rollout of internal training initiatives and onboarding programmes.
• Support succession planning and career development pathways.
• Own and maintain the company training matrix and development plans.
• Ensure training records and compliance requirements are accurately maintained.
• Help embed a positive, people-focused culture across all departments.

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
