This role will entail:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
- Handling new starter onboarding, including right‑to‑work checks and creating contract support.
- Creating and maintaining recruitment reports and KPIs to help drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting the HR team with first‑line employee queries and transactional HR tasks such as contracts, letters, and system updates.

This role is ideal for someone with in‑house recruitment experience who’s looking to broaden their exposure to HR. You’ll be confident working independently, have great attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
What’s on offer:
- A salary of £25,000 - £30,000
- 4 days office, 1 day home
