We're on the lookout for a dynamic 1st line IT Support Engineer, who with a IT relevant qualification is ready to advance their IT career with excellent training and support to encourage learning.

Free parking on site but with prime location just a 12-minute walk from Preston train station, your commute will be a breeze!

You will join a small IT team who are the backbone of the businesses on-site and remote UK based tech operations, ensuring that both software and hardware cases run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing top-notch technical support to staff.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure.
Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
Documenting processes and creating user guides.
Collaborating with our creative teams to deliver seamless tech solutions.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A solid understanding of IT support principles, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.

Experience with operating systems, as well as familiarity with networking concepts.
A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a desire to keep learning!
