IT Admin Support

As an IT Admin Support, you will provide IT system administration activities to support a high-performance compute environment which is critical to provide an analysis and modelling capability that supports key maritime programmes. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in Network configuration, IT security patch management, IT asset management, System logging and monitoring.

• User account management and general first line IT support
• Triage and assign tickets to 2nd level engineers
• Conduct asset mustering and configuration management
• Conduct import/export of data in accordance with security policies
• Create user guides, technical documentation and work instructions
• Assist with project management, task tracking and audits to maintain compliance

• Professional interpersonal/communication skills to convey technical information to technical leaders and project managers
• Positive attitude and determination to see issues addressed successfully
• Experience of working with IT technologies
• Demonstrable experience of working in a team
• Ability to use standard office packages to compile reports
