4 Roles-Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant (LMS, Performance , Compensation and recruitment)
Location: Preston, UK (3 days onsite: Tue-Thu)
Role Summary
Lead large-scale global SAP Success Factors implementations, driving HR process transformation and managing functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global project teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Advise clients on SAP best practices and Success Factors innovations.
- Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, and solution demonstrations.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and mentor junior consultants.
Required Experience
- Experience leading global HR transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Qualtrics, SAP Work Zone, and employee experience solutions.
- Experience with pre-sales and business development activities.
- SAP Success Factors certification preferred
