As a Senior Consultant within our company's leading and award‑winning Success Factors Practice, you will work across complex, large‑scale implementations for a range of high‑profile clients. You will lead functional teams on large global projects, manage business process design and transformation, and collaborate with highly skilled teams across our Global Group.

This role offers the chance to design innovative solutions for FTSE
100 clients, contribute to pre‑sales opportunities, and play a pivotal role in global Success Factors projects.

• Implement innovative, robust, and future‑proof SAP Success Factors solutions with expertise and certifications in one or more Success Factors module(s)
• Lead high‑performing teams that work flexibly, incorporating both on‑ and offshore delivery models
• Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, staying up to date with the Success Factors roadmap and awareness of other HR technologies
• Ensure quality delivery of our technology solutions
• Contribute to shaping responses to RFPs and collaborate with other Capgemini teams during the pre‑sales process, including delivery of expert demos to prospective clients
• Build and continually strengthen your network across Capgemini, our clients, and partners

• Strong knowledge of Success Factors across multiple modules and experience in working across multiple HR domains on global projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
• Understanding of emerging technology trends and disruptions and their practical application to enable new and evolving business and operating models
• Familiarity with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics and SAP Work Zone, and how they enhance employee experience
• Experience in leading pre‑sales activities and articulating the benefits Success Factors brings to clients
• Enjoyment of mentoring and developing talent, as well as sharing knowledge across the team and the wider SAP Practice
