Join an Operational Integrator (OI) team within a multi-supplier SIAM environment to govern and coordinate security incident management. You will ensure security incidents are tracked, escalated, and reported in alignment with client policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.

• Incident Coordination:
  Monitor security incidents end-to-end, track supplier progress, and escalated high-impact, overdue, or recurring issues.
• Supplier Governance (SIAM):
  Validate supplier incident reporting, ensure data consistency across partners, and resolve ownership gaps.
• Reporting and Dashboards:
  Produce routine incident packs, track SLA compliance/trends, and present status updates to governance forums.
• Compliance and Audit:
  Maintain complete, traceable incident records to ensure ongoing audit readiness and process adherence.

• Essential:
  Cyber security, IT service management, or operational governance background; solid grasp of security incident life cycles, severity levels, and major incident principles; strong reporting skills.
• Desirable:
  Experience in multi-supplier/SIAM, ITIL concepts, or government/defence environments.
