Recruit is recruiting for a junior AI and automation-focused role at a Preston MSP. The role suits someone early in their IT career with 1–2 years on a busy service desk, especially in MSP environments, and a solid grounding in Microsoft technologies.
You will work with senior engineers to design Microsoft AI-powered workflows, Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI solutions, document outcomes, and develop quickly into a specialist engineer with a clear progression path.
