Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Success Factors Senior Consultant – Recruitment to deliver enterprise SAP Success Factors Recruitment solutions across complex HR transformation programmes. This role will focus on leading implementations, advising clients on best practices, and delivering scalable recruitment solutions that support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end SAP Success Factors Recruitment implementations across enterprise environments.
• Configure and optimize Success Factors Recruitment solutions to align with business requirements.
• Advise clients on SAP Success Factors Recruitment best practices and product capabilities.
• Drive business process improvements through innovative HR technology solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Deliver client workshops, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and pre-sales engagements.
• Build strong client relationships and provide trusted advisory services.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the SAP practice.
