This is a hands-on role supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure while acting as the technical escalation point for complex issues. You'll also play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects and helping to improve Microsoft technologies across the business.

Key Responsibilities Provide 3rd Line support across servers, networks and Microsoft technologies

Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and Active Directory Administer VMware/Hyper-V environments

Support networking, backups and disaster recovery

Deliver infrastructure upgrades and technology projects

Maintain technical documentation and identify service improvements

About You You'll have experience with:

Windows Server Microsoft 365

Azure & Entra IDActive Directory & Group PolicyVMware or Hyper-VNetworking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
