IT Support Officer / ICT Support Technician
We're looking for a motivated IT Support professional to join a busy ICT team, providing support across a wide range of systems, infrastructure, and network technologies.
You’ll be responsible for supporting users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network administration, and helping maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.
What we’re ideally looking for:- Experience in IT/ICT support
- Knowledge of networking, connectivity and cabling
- Exposure to VPNs, firewalls and Windows Server environments
- Understanding of Active Directory, backup and recovery processes, and network printing
- Power Shell knowledge would be advantageous
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their networking and infrastructure skills while working within a supportive team environment.
