Network Engineer Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in the Milton Keynes Office £60,000 - £65,000 On-Call We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join a highly skilled NOC team within a leading technology solutions provider. You'll support a diverse customer base across sectors including finance, manufacturing, utilities and retail, working across networking, infrastructure, cloud, virtualisation and security.

The Role Provide technical support across complex customer environments and managed services. Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure incidents. Contribute to solution design, HLD/LLD, implementations and technical projects. Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert. Work within an ITIL-based service environment, supporting SLAs, KPIs and change/problem management. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota. Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of technical service.

Occasionally travel to customer sites, data centres and offices in Milton Keynes/Watford. Key Skills We're looking for experience across several of the following:
Cisco / CCNP-level networking & Nexus switching Cisco ASA/Firepower Fortinet, Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls AWS and/or Azure Windows/Linux servers VMware ESXi/vSAN Load balancing and network monitoring Defender / Sentinel / SIEM HLD/LLD documentation ITIL, incident/change/problem management About You You'll be a proactive, self-motivated Network Engineer with:
