Description: Outsource UK is recruiting an In-House Counsel for a 12-month contract (37 hours per week) to support BAE Systems' Air Operations team. The successful candidate will act as a trusted legal partner, providing clear and practical advice across complex defence programmes, including fast jet and future air programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and partners.
- Providing clear legal advice that supports delivery and manages risk.
- Supporting compliance across areas such as export control, procurement, and product safety.
- Identifying and managing legal risks early.
- Supporting dispute resolution and helping drive practical outcomes.
