As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Resource & Logistics Compliance Coordinator to join our Resource and Logistics team.

This is a varied role for someone with experience in fleet, logistics, transport or compliance who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making sure everything is in place to keep operations moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll play a key role in managing fleet compliance, tachographs, vehicle inspections, training records, health and safety compliance, and international transport documentation, while also supporting wider resource planning activities.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience in:

• Fleet, transport or logistics compliance
• Tachographs and driver’s hours regulations
• Vehicle inspections, maintenance and compliance records
• Health & safety administration and reporting
• Managing data, reporting and compliance documentation
• Using Excel and working confidently with numbers
• Identifying risks and driving continuous improvement

Most importantly, you’ll be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with colleagues across the business to maintain high compliance standards.
