In this role as a Cleaning Team Leader
, you will lead a team to deliver high standards of cleaning across designated areas, ensuring all work meets agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and health and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, support, and motivate a cleaning team to achieve high performance
• Ensure all equipment is clean, well‑maintained, and safe to use
• Allocate tasks and monitor standards to meet agreed SLAs
• Ensure correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals at all times
• Carry out quality checks and address any issues promptly
• Promote and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to feedback
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive high standards

About You – qualifications and attributes required:

• Good communication skills, including basic English reading and writing
• Previous cleaning experience desirable; supervisory experience an advantage
• Ability to lead a team while also working independently
• Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise workloads
• Positive, professional, and proactive approach
• Flexible and willing to undertake all required training
• Open, honest, and committed to continuous improvement
